I feel this case adds better protection than the harder shell cases. I often use the flap to block the mouse pad, when using my mouse, granted it works well underneath as well. This helps avoid false touches. It feels like it is a good quality case, although I did knock off one star.The bad part about this case is it doesn't work in tablet mode. It does not claim to; however, if your going to make a case for a chromebook that flips, then your case should flip too. This is like making a speaker for a stereo TV than only plays mono.This case works well in tent mode though, which is what I use more than tablet mode. I do recommend this case over many of the others at this price point. It seems like this is our only option for the C434 unless you want a hard case. The case looks nice and simple, it makes for a great carrying case as well. I recommend for protection, quality, and for looks. The chromebook fits snug in the case, so you don't have to worry about it falling out. I actually used velcro on the outside of the case to keep it from sliding on my laptop desk, which has tipped over a couple times and the case kept my chromebook safe and in place.This case came in with mold on it and discolorationGreat design but was a bit too small for my asus flip book but great quality.The top covers part of my camera, otherwise it’s great.Fits perfectly on my Asus C434 Flip!! It is hard to put on the case but it does fit and I like the fact that it's tight and hard to get on because to me that ensures a good and snug fit. The caption is a bit misleading, but I love the print and return was hassle-free.It's two inches too long for the chrome book it claims to fit. Worthless ?Love the print of this case, i got the starry starry night...seems sturdy. awkward fit on the c433 though..but i'm alright with it..it helps with this hard to open chromebook.Cases that perfectly fit and that are seemless around your laptop are hard to find. I like the design of the starry night cover, however, it doesn't sit flush around the lip of the screen, and I have had to glue the faux leather as it separates from the other layers around the screen. Moreover, there is no way to secure it, so it often slips down an inch or two from the screen holder section when in use. There is a stand feature, but it's so low, it might as well just lay flat on the table. Overall, I mostly use it when my laptop is away or in my bag and remove it when I'm working. It does the job, but for that price, I would have likes it to fit with no weird fit issue and no feeling faux leather.Ordered item twice on two separate occasions yet on both occasions product didn't fit !!!!!Am very disappointed as unable to actually contact seller directly to discuss this issueElastic corner attachments far too small to fit laptop in.Product looked great but did not fit the item even though it was for the product.
