I just realized I've been using this for over a year. I use it for my iPhone Pro Max and my iPad Pro 10.5" models (both while in cases.) This stand is solid, sturdy, and very flexible. I have tightened and untightened the screws many times, changed the height and items it holds many times, and it's still super solid and won't tip over. It also doesn't "slowly drift down" or any other problem. When I put my device at an angle, it STAYS there. It brings all my devices to eye-level or above (and I'm 5'9".) ALSO - the "grips" have a "space" in them - so I can charge my iPhone easily when its attached and run a cord into it - they really thought this design through! I move this all over the house and the stand is heavy enough that I never have a concern it will tip. It grips both of my devices solid and I never fear they will slip. It definitely could hold the larger model iPads. I just wanted to comment that this device is STILL going strong and working perfectly after a year of significant use. For me, it was worth every penny. I would definitely buy again. AND Right now I do SO many video calls, I am so grateful to have this hold up my devices for me....And for working comfortably at eye level on the iPad anywhere in the home! Definitely highly recommend - especially now that iPads have trackpad/mouse support. This has turned into an entirely easy and extra "work station" I move all over the place! You can't have a certain cases on your on your tablet because the grip components are not big enough to handle the extra thickness due to case. We have foam style cases to make it easy to wash when it gets dirty. However, this makes it too thick for the grippers on the stand. Using BMOUO Kids Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) SM-T510/T5152. I had a difficult time keeping the tablet from sliding down when rotated to Vertically and the arm kept going down. Had to mess around a lot with the screws to tighten it. Still haven't fully got it dialed in.I like it and think it looks great. Just wish the grip component could extend to support cases on the tablet and the arm could hand just a little more weight.My heavy use causes lots of wear and tear on the joints - but this stand is far superior to others I have used with the extra joint. This is the 2nd one I have purchased and would purchase this one again. I wish only that you did not have to use a hex driver to tighten the joints. There is a storage space for the supplied hex that is under the base so it is always available.This stand is SOLID! Guys everything from my iPhone 12 mini to my 11inch iPad Pro. I love it has great swivel that comes in handy when I need to jump on a call while I’m my desk. Love it !I bought this because I like to use my iPad in bed and it needed to be elevated for a comfortable position. I tried using bed pillows and I tried using a pillow designed to use with an iPad but neither gave me enough elevation or stability. This stand works great, can be adjusted to many positions and is stable. I was worried that it would wobble around while in the bed, but it does not. The only issue is, I could not keep my iPad in the protective case I use. I removed the case and it fit in the stand clamp just fine. I don't really need the case unless I travel anyway. I like this stand and would recommend it.VERY happy with this purchase! Arrived much quicker than I expected - ordered it late one afternoon and I received it the very next day (without paying an expedited shipping fee)! I can honestly say that the stand surprisingly EXCEEDED my expectations. The only thing I had to do was loosen 2 screws at bottom of stand to remove a small piece of cardboard (which took about 30 seconds - obviously used for packing) - that was it. The stand is VERY sturdy and appears to be made quite well. Just as described, the "holder" is adjustable for your phone OR tablet. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+, and a Samsung Galaxy E Tablet (9.5") - both of them fit easily in the adjustable holder, which can be used vertically or horizontally. I absolutely love it - my granddaughters use it for making YouTube videos, and I use it a lot in the kitchen while following recipes, or to have something to watch while I cook or do dishes! Perfect purchase, thank you!I use this with my 2019 Ipad Pro. It is sturdy and it allows me to fold it many different ways. I use if for remote learning and also for some sport events. I can easily move the height and angle to meet my eyes height and it is great to take with you to the patio also to watch some Netflix! I was concerned that it had some plastic but it is sturdy and you can tie the knobs to make it tighter too. It also has a very nice look, and it keeps great balance.Nice heavy build with very stiff joints.Onkly problem is the jaw depth for thicker tablets or those in cases - the jaws are hooks, but not enough for more rugged cases.I bought this as a replacement for an Ideer/AboveTek version as it looks remarkably similar, it's just lacking a couple of mm in jaw 'hook'If you have a thin tab or one not in a case it'll probably be perfectThis is a sturdy and well designed stand it is not feather-weight nonsense..... I am very happy with itVery very good I love itIt holds everything from my iphone XR to iPad Mini to iPad 6.Very nice versatility, and very stable.Comes with adjustment for tightness at all bending sections.The only part I do not like is the connection between the adjustable arms and the ball head holder.It has no tightening screw, so it becomes loose after much use. When it's loose the ball head holder wiggles with it.Luckily the devices will not fall even when the holder is wiggly.Excellent value for the price. Already recommended to many friends who made purchase.It serves it's purpose; stays put, can be adjusted in height and orientation of the phone/tablet. The only thing is that the part that expands to hold the device is a bit stiff when you first get it. I couldn't pull it apart to fit my tablet at first (I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8"). But that also means that it holds your device securely, so that's a good thing. Might be a bit heavy for travel.
